    I am not sure exactly what to call this piece. I have had it for quite some time and it is made by Rogers and Smith Company, New Haven Connecticut and has the date of 1830 on the bottom. It is a very detailed and decorative piece And has a place on the front where I guess a monogram could've gone. Thanks for looking
