Mid Century Italian Pottery Atomic Red Mottled Black Raymor Bitossi ?

These are the only pieces I ever got in a bidding war over with several other people at a auction.This was do to the bowl that everyone wanted not the tureen and plate.This bowl is stoneware not ceramic in a unique artistic shape.The tureen and are red with a hint of orange bordered with black buttons in a pattern I've seen before attributed to Raymor and Bitossi or made by PV Italy..Even though these came with the bowl I'm sure they weren't made by the same person or company.This bowl has verticals waves all around it you can see and feel that photos don't show real well and the color of red is stunning.It's a deep and darker true thick red glaze that's been evenly applied without and bubbles or imperfections in the finish.The mottled black hasn't been sprayed everywhere but has also been evenly applied in a consistent pattern.It's one of those pieces thst pictures don't do it any justice that has a totally different look and feel in person.I think it's been hand thrown.
