    This is a recent find but I have no idea what it was used for. 9.5 inches long with no name or markings. Jaws are smooth with no ridges.

      I thought about that but why such large shoulders on the jaws?

      Found a lot of images of glass cutting pliers but could not find anything that looked like this one.
