These are corn husking "pegs" (except the corkscrew, of course). Pulling the husk off hundreds of ears of corn is hard on your fingers. One of these pegs is held in across working hand, retained by the loop around one or two fingers, and with the tip of the tool aligned with the pad of the thumb. The peg is inserted under a group of husks and the husks are pinched with the thumb (essentially, the tip of the peg substitutes for your forefinger), and then the husks are peeled off the ear. You have to repeat this three or four times around the ear to remove all the husk. Your collection has one or two commercially made ones but frugal farmers made husking pegs out of anything from a simple stick to fancy multi-piece forged iron examples.
Bobby beat me to the name while I was typing the explanation.
