The Value in a Flaw

I believe this to truly be, a unique, only-one-of-its-kind, Waterford crystal item. Technically, each Waterford item is unique because each is hand made; however, my glass has a flaw. One of the repeating patterns around the glass is missing the top cuts. Waterford fans know that the production process includes careful inspection after each stage of production, and that only the pieces within their strict quality standards are allowed onto the next step. I have a glass that slipped through. I think these glasses are “Millennium Series Prosperity Double Old Fashioned” size 4 3/8 in. I purchased this pair from a Waterford crystal store and they have made for great conversation for many years.
