I no longer own this, but it is an especially cool GSP shield with the highway engineer's writing on the back, dated 9/13/1962. I got this a long time ago on eBay for, I think, only $10 - don't ask me how. The seller had never even bothered to photograph the back nor mention the writing, so that was a neat surprise when I got it.
