    Well I'm pretty sure they are not, Ninga weapons, ha ha. Does anyone know what these are. The wheel is 8" the little one is 4.5" x 2.5

      That would be my 1st guess also. Faucet keys.

      It's a universal fuel cap spaner, They used to have different caps on the oil tanks and the delivery trucks wood have to have all the different spaners to fill the tank They have been using a universal (scully cap) since the late 1960s. Dad had an oil truck and has 3 different universal spaners and 6 or 7 individual spaners hanging on the wall in the basement
