This brooch had two rows of faux seed pearls around the beautiful blue glass stone. Many of the pearls were damaged or missing. There was also a lot of old glue everywhere. I decided to get rid of all of the pearls and the glue.
First I believed that the brooch was unmarked but when I finished cleaning it up, I realized that it was marked on the pin. The letters are very small and I can read only part of them but I was able to make out the end of the what I believe to be Czechoslovakia.

Oh I love those Czechoslovakia Brooch, they really one of a kind, i have a few, and keep looking for more....;-)

Alan, many thanks for your comment. I agree with you: I always keep looking for them because the stones are so pretty and the design is very interesting. Somehow they stand out from the rest of them:)
