Located over 15 years ago at antique fair in Florida. Removed covering today to reviel original tapestry! Photos are end result after removal of covering. Was manufactured for F. J. Purcupile, No.772, Fulton St., Brooklyn, NY. Pat. Feb. 8, 1881. Don't know who manufactured it. Google search found a Frank J. Purcupile in NY. Related to furniture Co. (Born 1847-Died 1919). A lot of Purcupile's in Calif.
