Amphora? Decanter? perfume? cut glass

Hello,
I sure would like to know what these bottles are. Got them at a garage sale. They are beautifully cut with gold paint, the tops of the stoppers are numbered 5 and the other 10. they are 11.5" tall, 3.5" wide at the base. Olive green with clear on the outside and clear. I don't know if they are crystal or glass, old or new or what they were used for. Some gold paint is missing so I suspect they are older and the rim of the green has a small chip. The glass at the rim is 1/8" thick. The centers have a lovely floral etching and the etching continues on the stopper. They just spoke to me at 1.00 a piece!
