Does anyone know what year this was made? I've been looking for info and all I can find is 1953 but that's questionable.

Description: In 1953 Fisher-Price introduced the #123 Roller Chime, an unusual looking push toy that makes a beautiful chime noise when pushed. The colors of the #123 were changed in 1959 then the #124 was introduced in 1961 with the same colored used in #123's 1959 colors.
