This Victorian glass vase is made from opaque ivory coloured glass, which contains uranium & glows under UV light. It has an applied handle & leaf trail in amber glass, with applied red cherries. The vase measures 16 cm tall, 2.7 cm across the cut top rim, & 5 cm across the base, which has a polished pontil mark. As can be seen, there is a loss to the applied decoration, a common issue with this type of glass.

Don't know how I missed this one.

Applied cherries are one of my favorites!

Many thanks, Scott! Cherries are as sweet in glass as they taste in real life, aren't they? Definitely a favourite of mine, too!
