Lost the holder.
Cannot find the name of this set. Marked Anchor Hocking (H with A symbol).
Was my mother's, so it is probably 50's / 60's
The holder had 3 tea cups on each side with the plates under the candle that warmed the carafe.
I'm pretty sure your marking is not Anchor Hocking. I believe what you have is Hazel Atlas. Do an image search for Hazel Atlas marks.
This color is known as butterscotch. The pattern is called "spaghetti."
