1898-1912, is the era, but exact date may be hard to specify. Her hair is in " Gibson Girl" style-- The Gibson Girl was the personification of the feminine ideal of physical attractiveness as portrayed by the pen-and-ink illustrations of artist Charles Dana Gibson during a 20-year period that spanned the late 19th and early 20th century in the United States and Canada.

The photographer's mount is typical of about 1895- 1905.

The "car" studio would represent a railroad car set up for the photographer. You may find additional specifics by searching for information on the photographer, although with a "car" studio it is doubtful you will find him in any business register notations.
