Decorative Glass Bottle with 3 Vertical Side Seams

I found this bottle some time ago at the GW and I have not been able to find out anything about it, but today someone else posted the very same bottle here on CW. They too were searching for information so I told them I would post mine as well. This is kind of an unusual bottle because of the 3 vertical side seams and I tend to think that it is not new because of some of the imperfections. Maybe from a 3 piece leaf mold possibly made in Italy or Spain. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions WE would certainly appreciate the input, Thanks !!
