Double handle porcelain vase

This opulent little vase has a signature on the painting of Heinert I wonder if anyone knows anything about this pretty vase?
It does have a couple of small chips at the top but otherwise no other cracks or restoration. I figured it would be from Germany with a name like Heinert? but the mark underneath is just a blue blob so perhaps it is fake Dresden? but it is so beautifully made I think it must be an original but who is the maker, I would love to know?
