This was made by E.C. Simmons Hardware in St Louis, a company that began in 1866 and ended in 1940. In 1940 they were purchased by their cross town rival Shapleigh Hardware Company. Shapleigh continued with the Keen Kutter line until 1960 when they went out of business.
The logo on this can be seen in photo 3 in the center portion of the blade. It says "E. C. Simmons Keen Cutter" It is a triangle with a bar through it. The bar is supposed to be a log. Anyway that logo was used from 1900 to 1940 which is all the information I have as to the age of this piece.
Keen Kutter items are collectible but beware of fakes. The number 1 search return is Real Or Repro although there is no mention of straight razors there.
