Brass mount on a yellow spatter vase

If it looks skew-whiff, the garlands have been glued on a little clumsily. I think I will keep it like this, though.
A more unusual sort of wire and soldered mount than we often see, but plain and simple like the glass.
This could straddle the Victorian-Art Nouveau-Deco boundary but has that French "Empire" look, albeit in miniature.
10.3cm high to the rim.
