Loose photo, aprox 8X10, sepia,Yesterday I scronged thru a box of newly arrived photos in Antiques Row. It just captivated me and for $3.00 it was mine. This I will frame. Hello Betty Boop!
HERE NOW IS THE WHOLE PHOTO UPDATE
I have taken a photo of the whole picture,-- but cropped some foliage out. She is seated on a stone bench in a beautiful park in Iowa.
There is a "skid mark" which has been printed with the photo. not damage after and I think this was a home developed project I can use a color stick and camaflage out before framing.( maybe this photo was not dried under proper conditions or??? as I see under the photo some wavy lines front and also present on the back of the heavy photograph paper.

I looked thru my old acctresses and actoes photo book, 100s pictured from 1860 to about 1935--and I couldn't find her. Pondered-- maybe she was before the public in someway. Well---now she IS!!( didn't find her in my reference book)

I've bought a book from Google about repair and restoration of old photos!! I am anxious for it to come. "An Ounce of Preservation : A Guide to the Care of Papers and Photographs"--anyone have this??
The book I just mentioned has photographs and info on taking care of the oldest, and all types of photos of earliest, long ago. Best was of preserving them, fixing stuff, etc. examples--how tos
