This may appear on first glance to be an original Philco 45C but in fact it was made for me specially by Rocketman radio company of Seattle Washington in 2016 .It features a working Bluetooth speaker for mobile/iPad connectivity and is made from solid mahogany and walnut. The only one in Australia to this day.

How long did it take them to assemble your radio? I might have to place an order myself. I could pick it up the next time I'm in Seattle and save on the shipping. Do you think it would pass as my "carry on" on the flight home?

TimeTraveller : Hi it took Steve about 6 weeks to make it as he made it from scratch . I'm not sure if it would qualify as carry on luggage as it comes in its own bespoke packing crate that he makes for the owners keepsake. But they might just be small enough to carry on. You would have to check with the airlines I guess . I'm Sorry I can't be of much help on the baggage situation .
