Glass Decantor made by Brockway Glass. On the bottle reads:
Christmas 1983 Liquor Bottle and then 269/500 in gold numbering. I have another one that only says 38. I had 2 family members that worked at Brockway Glass for over 40 years.
Long time to work there.
