E.C. Simmons Keen Kutter Reel/Rotary mower. This has a Briggs & Stratton Model Y engine. Made in 1934. This is the only model that came equipped with an engine. I imagine the engines turned the blades faster for better cutting results. (I bet this boy puts out the smoke if it starts)
