Yard sale floor lamp. Wanting info on lamp.

I bought this lamp at a yard sale. I have never seen anything like it. The lamp height is 52 inches tall. Im not sure if its brass plated or not. The shade is brass, painted black on outside an shiny brass inside. Really pretty lit up. It takes two bulbs with pull chains. There isnt a makers mark anywhere on it. I would like to know where it came from and its age and who made it. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
