Hi CW Gang ~
Found this just today. I thought it Screamed 1970's, but that does not mean that it is. Sure Bright and Bold !! Any thoughts or opinions on this? (( Sorry I have not been around lately, but a very long and sad story and did not feel like visiting. As my mind was just not on Collecting.)) Feeling better now...
Any how....any info on this is welcomed!!
Thanks for LOOKING // LOVING !!

-- WOW
'Goovy' & 'mod' say it all. When I saw this just now, my mind screamed 'haute 60s'! (Also, Whatever happened to the ones I had?)
Lucite, the brand & the material, was heavily promoted starting c. 1964. (Googling 'history of Lucite' would no doubt tell you.) Suddenly the department stores were full of Lucite desk accessories with what looked like plaster roses embedded from the back. Then there was fashion jewelry like this. And then there were all those paperweights & decorative items with genuine botanical specimens preserved in them. (I have a small egg with a single dandelion seed & a larger one with thistles.) It then went the way of all crazes.
