Lefton? Salt & Pepper KIKJSUI Japan

It's been a couple years since Mom passed and I'm still unpacking pieces from her collections. So many collections...so many memories. :)

But....I have no memory of this S & P set at all. I've looked up the design, pattern, marks, etc and found nothing but they might be Lefton. Both pieces are about 5"h with their own color coded mark for the contents. A blue stripe for salt, red for pepper.

I'm hanging on to these for my own holiday collection but would love to know a bit more about them.
