This embossed steel sign advertises 3 varieties of masonry foundation sealant products made by the THORO company, WATERPLUG, THOROSEAL, and QUICKSEAL. It measures roughly 18"x32" and has folded/rolled edges. Makers ID on backside lower corner reads "NAIDSON ART SIGN CO COV, KY." I got this sign from what was then the Simpson-Powelson Lumber Co. in Galesburg IL when I worked there in the early 1980's.

THANKS MUCH, again mostly belatedly, to ttomtucker, EHW-54, roddyq, officialfuel, fortapache, Hunter, and most recently Trey for sharing the <loves>!! Trey, in reality I probably 'liberated' them from odd spots out in the yard somewheres, but nobody ever cared and I'm glad I did because the whole place is now long gone...if I wouldn't have grabbed 'em they probably woulda went down with it. :-(

ALSO worth consideration...that was ~30+yrs ago...back then I woulda much more wanted signs advertising much more common things (beer, soda, etc) instead, but ended up with these because they were handy. Nowadays, it turns out I love 'em more because they are *not* advertising beer or soda or etc...go figure...?? ;-)
