Dugan Rose Bowl?

I got this piece after my mother passed and I had no clue what it was. I started researching and have really enjoyed learning about Carnival Glass, it's origin, all the colors and different patterns. Please any opinions or comments would greatly be appreciated. I think it is a Dugan Grape Delight Rose Bowl. It is 4" tall & 5" wide. It has 6 feet. And is crimped or pinched at the top. It's the color that puzzles me. Is it fiery or black amethyst? Oxblood? I don't think Dugan made any red ones. Thanks again for your help.
