Cute ornaments?

I picked these up a while back at a thrift store. I guess these are little ornaments since they have hangers at the top. These are mostly made from styrefoam and felt. I think these are maybe characters from Alice in Wonderland but I have not seen any others like them. Any ideas as to age or maker of these.
