    I purchased this lovely piece several years ago from a consignment shop. There is a small bird marking under the handle. Does anyone recognise this marking. I was curious as to where the pottery was made. There are oak leaves and acorns on the body of the pitcher and also on the lid. Seems to be a very well made piece and is a nice addition to my pottery collection.

      You need to include a picture of the base. (underside). I've been searching. This could help.
