Another trophy from Bulgaria. 1.2 inches, not signed. Probably czech brooch from 1950s. I found a couple of brooches with the same design on Etsy, they are signed "czechoslovakia".

There is the small market with vintage things near Alexander Nevsky cathedral in Sofia. I bought it there. May be it's later than 1930's, I'm not sure if the date on Etsy is right.
Brooch at your example really looks different.
I have a few unmarked brooches I believe are Czech too. Have a look at one of them:

I have also seen brooches with a similar ornate backing made in Germany.
This was has a mark for Germany. The front is rather different but the back has some similarities.
