A rare sight : 3 Moskvich pedal cars by AZLK factory USSR . All picked up from Bulgaria , all from different owners . Two are Earlier 1980 models with chrome bumpers , side strips, steel pained wheels with chrome hubcaps and metal seat with padded vinyl trim. Both Very original with great patina . The green car car now sports original old new stock AZLK windscreen - which were next to near impossible to find for a 36 year old toy, Bulgaria oval country decals and Reproduction AZLK aftermarket steel steering wheel. It also sports an original period correct Moskvich metal badge on the bootlid (I believe the original motif was actually an adhesive decal). The Red car with black bumpers is a latter 1988 model which I bought off the original owner . Totally original and unrestored with no rust or dents or cracks to the plastics, this one is an absolute time capsule . I love them all .All now reside in Australia . I wonder how many of these are living" Down Under"?
