Not sure of age or value hand blown 24 k gold vase dated approximately late 1800's-early 1900's

Love this was left to me I know very little about it not creator year value nothing just its beauty and wanted to share if anyone knows it's origin year or Creator that be great to know I've never been able to find another like it.
