This is a West German dual weighted wag-o-wall clock made by the H. Schmeckenbecker company. It dates to August of 1968 for production on the inside of the back cover. This clock is 15" tall with 3 finials, black hands on a fleur-de-lis face, 9.5" wide with 9" weights, 50" chains and a brass pendulum. The brass is bold and has an aged appearance. It operates on an 8 day movement. What I like about it is that it strikes on the 1/2 hour and also chimes the Westminster chime on the hours. This clock is in beautiful condition and operates as though it was new. what else can I say but 'Tempus Fugit'!
