This is made out of glass and is about 7" wide at the top, 4 1/2" tall and
2 1/2" wide on base. I can't see any marks anywhere.

I think this is later than Art Deco LisyA but a pretty vase in that style.
Possibly European; a base shot often helps with identification.

Yes, I do have a shot of the base. I don't see any markings.
Not sure how to add a 3rd photo...I can add if someone can tell me how to do this
It may be European as my grandma travelled there a few times
