    Orange slag glass. I saw a similar one on the web that showed it had a lid and was made by L E Smith Glass. Found this at the Goodwill for 99 cents.

      Yes, this was made by L.E. Smith Glass. Your piece is in the "simplicity" pattern. The color is known as bittersweet orange.

      I'm thinking this should have a lid with it. I have seen one in person and it had a lid. You got a great deal on this. This would have never been marked 99 cents at an antique store.
