    I have trying for years to find out anything I can about this lamp and the Maker (year, style, maker etc) If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
    Makers Mark inside of lamp is "PL"

      It reminds me of the ones I have seen of slag glass lamps from the 1920's, art deco. I have seen the shape and floor lamp before but know nothing really about it. Most are hard to always pinpoint a maker !

      I have this same lamp. It was my great-grandparents. We've lost the top along the way sadly; however, like you, I've been searching for a long time to find more information about this lamp.
      What I can share about the provenance (i.e., a record of ownership) is that it was my family had this in their home at least since the 1940s. They lived in Norfolk, VA.

      Just to clarify, I am missing the top portion but have the bottom glass...
