Victorian custard glass basket with applied flower

This Victorian glass basket is made from opaque, custard coloured glass which contains uranium & glows under UV light. It measures 16 cm tall including the handle, 10 cm across the crimped top rim, & 4 cm across the base, which has a polished pontil mark. The basket has a round, rose bowl type form, with a looped applied handle in amber glass, an amber leaf trail, & a pink & white flower. Perhaps Bohemian?
