Going thru my father tools, he was a carpenter, metalworker and farmer. This is one of the few tools I have no idea was it is and what it use for. It bout 12 inches long and made by the Decker Mfg Co. Kansas City Mo
That is a fin comb. They are used to straighten the fins in things like auto radiators and air conditioning compressors. The tips should be adjustable with the slide on it to fit different spacing.
