Vintage Black Pottery Vase Look Like Hammered Copper Vase

This vintage vase came out of a storage I bought at an auction,the only way I can describe this vase is it look like a copper hand hanmered copper vase but it's not copper,I can't find a name.There's some letters very very faint you can't make it out.Anybody know the name of vase or who the maker is.
