With some help from a collectorsweekly friend I believe this is a victorian, possibly early victorian paste brooch. I don´t know where it was made so that´s not to say it´s brittish. This cross was a pendant, later adapted into a brooch. There is a clever safety on the c clasp that date from 1890 to 1920. There is one stone missing on the cross but I still find it very beautiful. Even the back is beautifully made.
Another gorgeous piece, love it!
Definitely Victorian. Wide tube hinge. Your jewelry is gorgeous.
