Hi this is the first ever stout bottle i dug in 1974 yr , i was 8 yrs old
only had a handle trowel to dig a farm tip
it was unbelievable to me digging such an ancient thing like excavating the holy grail !!!!!!!! my joy was overwhelming !!!!!!!!
Bell & Taylor stone beer monogram to centre also the warning any person using this bottle will be prosecuted !!!!!!!!

I had the bug the first time I saw a cod stopper bottle. Oh, and my mother-in-law gave me a torpedo bottle she'd got from Barbados. I've sold most of my bottles now, except a handful that move with me.
Hubby kept the ginger beer bottles we had when we separated.
