I recently acquired a cigarette lighter from a deceased uncle. A photo of the lighter is attached. I have been searching for some information as to the identity of that lighter. However, so far I have not found anything. It measures 1.5 x 2 x .5 inches and is colored in a dark olive crackle finish; there are no identifying marks on this lighter. Since my uncle served in the Army air corps during WWII, I’m guessing that this lighter may have military origins. I am asking if anybody can provide any clue as to the identity or origin of this lighter. Thanks in advance for any help.
