Great Fall of the Yellowstone

I bought a framed (13 3/4" x 18 1/2") picture titled, "Great Fall of the Yellowstone - 308 Feet", copyright J. E. Haynes St. Paul at a consignment shop. In addition it has a number on it 11885. The title and number appear on the picture at the bottom. The frame is an old wood frame, and on the back of the frame someone wrote in pencil, Jack Ellis Haynes, photographer. It is a beautiful hand-colored print and definitely a Haynes photo.
I haven't been able to find another print this same size, with the title and copyright on the bottom on the INTERNET. I would love to take the picture out of the frame but the original brown paper backing is on the back with original nails in pretty fair condition and still intact.

Does anyone know if the Haynes took their photos and used them for advertising Yellowstone, (see picture, sorry they came in upside down)?
How did they create these pictures? What type of printing did they use? I have another one, same size of Old Faithful. Thanks everyone!
