Would appreciate some input from people on this sign. I bought it because it is unusual to a typical Orange Crush sign. The multi-color diamond pattern is unusual. Crushy has its name below it and it is rare on a sign to see expelling of the orange content as he crushes the orange. Is stamped St. Thomas but cant make out a date.
Any thoughts on the sign in general and its age (based on the content on the sign) would really be appreciated.

Could be late 1930s to early 1940s.

Thanks very much for the comment. What specifically on the sign leads you to that date? There isn't a real good history for Crush to document dates based on logo's and slogans (unlike with Coke)

I'm strictly going by what I know, based on years of collecting. "Crushy" was used a lot during this time and it's hard to pin down the exact year obviously but somewhere in that time frame would be pretty close. Might even be into the late 1940s but no later. By the 1950s, "Crushy" was no longer used.

There was also a larger "Crushy" logo used in the 30s and 40s but mostly you saw the smaller one.

Cool! I Appreciate you passing on what you know. It's fun to try to piece out history on the pieces we find eh?

Happy to help when I can. Seeing the "Made with Fresh Oranges" also makes me think earlier but hard to know for sure because I believe this to be a Canadian made sign.
