Button hooks.

Here are some button hooks which I picked up over time. The first 2 advertise Wood Milne rubber heel pads and shoe shines. One of these has USA embossed in tiny letters to its shank- presumably where the hook was made.
The hook with the mother of pearl handle and the folding example are very small and were probably for gloves rather than boots.
The next button hook, on its own, advertises Johnson & Johnson teas advising customers that if they try them they will be "very pleased".
