i was just wondering if some one could me the year of these base just by looking or where they all the same .hard to believe this thing is not siezed . oh and what color where they black . t y

It's not really possible to tell, but these irons are around the 1890-1920 age, from the low set Singer logo, later ones have the larger logo in the centre of the leg. The fancy skirt guard also is an indication that it's older. Sometimes iron legs have markings along the top edge of the wide part - you may find a Victorian registration diamond if they came from the UK.

I have one that My great Grandfather Built A desk out of. Not Sure of the age neither. He put A nice oak Top On it of course we use it as a tv Stand In Our bedroom.
I just noticed on your original message you asked about the colour. They were black, but not glossy black, with bronze/gold finish on the logo in the legs, and the Singer in the centre. Earlier styles of treadle legs do not have the 'Singer' in the centre, just an oval in the frame.
