G'day! I have attempted to establish a date for this Raggedy Andy its states knickerbocker but from what i have seen there is not additional Raggedy Andy like this one. He has red fabric feet and his shirt and pants are all made together joining the hands and feet with a continuous stitch. I am wondering if anyone could tell approximately how old this doll is/would be and why it's details are so very different from the other knickerbocker era dolls.

    THANK-YOU SO MUCH!!! :)

I have found some similar. Have you tried to look him up on eBay? It's hard for me to tell if he is the 1979 version or 60's.

I am sorry I attempted to take a lot of pictures for identifying this doll the fact that he has red feet does that mean anything? I have searched everywhere to my knowledge. Thank-you so much for taking the time to even respond m'dear! Very much appreciated !!

I'm thinking it's a newer toddler doll, but I can't be sure even with my pile of Raggedies here. There is a guy who's main collection are these dolls. You can contact him via eBay and ask him :)

hi, knickerbocker made raggedy annes and raggedy andys from 1962-1982, you may be able to more precisely establish a year by measuring him, i beleive the smaller 15" versions were from the 60s, i have a knickerbocker stuffed toy from the 60s and the tag is identical to yours there, he does look that old,did u find out from the guy vestswind suggested?

I think he is a 70's versions because a lot of the Baby Beans Raggedy Andy's just have an entire blue body...
