Czechoslovakia swirled spatter bud vase

This narrow-neck bud vase has a throat that would accommodate a single thin-stemmed rose, the opening being only 1/4" (7 mm) wide. The thin spatter layer is sandwiched between two rather thick clear layers of glass. The long throat ends with a paperweight-like hollow bulb. The vase is 8" (20.5 cm) tall and the base has a diameter of 3" (7.6 cm). The underside has a tiny circular gold-color mark.

In my mind, the style of this bud vase relates more to a Mid-Century style reminiscent of the Italian Flavio Poli teardrop vases than to Art Deco Czech production. Any information is welcomed.
