Cute little bear

I got this little guy today at one at the thrift stores that I stopped at. I normally don't buy stuffed animals at thrift stores but this was too cute to pass up, plus it was only a dollar. This little patchwork bear Has movable arms and legs that are attached by buttons. I don't know if this was a handmade bear or who the maker is.
