      My mistake, this not Vaseline...some type of crystal

      Definitely cut crystal and probably 1950s by style. It's very difficult to identify much cut glass.

      I have a vase with same design and a label that says Lausitzer Glas made in German Democratic Republic. It belonged to a friends grandmother, hope this helps.
